This page is intended to clarify our "rules" to purchase from our program.  Please contact us with questions or concerns regarding our policies and health guarantees.

POLICIES

​

• We have the right to refuse to sell based on our discretion.  Deposits will be returned and we reserve the right to find a new home for our puppy.

• Prices are not negotiable and deposits are not refundable (unless untreatable circumstance).  Our prices are average for the breed and we go above and beyond for our litters.  Your deposit shows us your commitment to your new puppy and we will not turn away future buyers for someone who is not ready to commit to a puppy with a financial obligation.  Breeding rights must be purchased prior to breeding the dog.  AKC will not register a litter that is born before the Dam is registered with full registration.

• We reserve first pick on all of our litters should we decide to keep a puppy.

• Visits are scheduled no sooner than 48 hours and not earlier than 5 weeks of age.

• Pickups will not be before 8 weeks of age.  Balance is due at time of pickup.

• All pet only puppies will be required to be neutered/spayed after 6 months of age.

• We, as your breeder, have first right of refusal should a buyer be unable to keep their puppy/dog.  No questions asked, no age limit, no health restrictions.

• Too many variables play a role in the health of a puppy/dog and once the puppy is no longer at our location we cannot control their nutrition, exercise, and safety.  Therefore, we do not offer a health guarantee.

• We will forward a pet only contract (limited registration) or a breeding contract to you once you have been chosen for one of our puppies.  Contract will be returned signed with deposit.
